Its 8 : 30 and I've only just sat down. Cute kiddies Hannah. Sounds like you did well over the weekend. Good luck for your weigh in Tineka mine is Tuesday as well. Atumn good advice from Hannah, I eat the WW meals when I am too exhausted to cook. You can do it, stay strong.
I managed the weekend quite well considering it was my birthdy. Ate over my points on saturday & didnt exercise but on sunday I was right back on track. The old me would have gone off the rails for a week or two. So one day isnt too bad. Today was very good. Plus have walked 3 times so far (21/2 hrs all up) and 40 mins at the gym. So hopefully got rid of the weekend birthday blow out!!!!
Anyway my weigh in is tomorrow so I'm really hoping for a loss at the worst no gain. Hope the rest of all the team is all good.
